We are a team that provides website & blog development, Wordpress instruction, graphic design, social media marketing and photography. Our team is comprised of myself, Matt, and my wife, Giselle. I have a background in art with a B. A. in Art & Design. I started out in illustration then moved to digital graphics with Photoshop 2.5 (circa 1995). I still enjoy painting with oils & acrylics, drawing with colored pencils & oil pastels and sometimes even developing my own black & white film, when I find time. I consider myself a well-rounded graphic artist. I use these skills to design one of a kind websites. I can also be found posting on Twitter & Flickr once in a while.
The other half of our team is Giselle. After shooting portraits at a local studio for five years she completed her B. A. in Photography. Giselle has owned her own successful wedding photography business, Giselle Vincent Photography, for the last six years. She has an exceptional eye for graphic design with strong editorial skills. She is also very knowledgable about social media and how to use it effectively to get new business. Giselle is now a Wordpress blogger, formerly a Blogspot blogger for over seven years. I started Art209 Design to help small businesses create and expand their web presence. The economy is tight and small business owners need to have an "online storefront" to stay competitive against "big box stores." We want to help those small business owners show their customers that quality service and quality products matter, even in a tough economy.
